This is an internal-facing role focused on building AEQ’s brand, presence, and pipeline support.

      • Design high-quality, on-brand assets for:

        • Blog headers, thought leadership visuals

        • Website banners, landing pages, and updates

        • Conference and event materials

      • Maintain visual consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints

      • Apply strong layout, typography, and clarity, especially for executive audiences

      Digital Marketing & Content (Hands-On)

      • Create and publish:

        • LinkedIn posts (visual + copy)

        • Blog posts (including copywriting and editing)

        • Campaign content tied to events, partnerships, and announcements

      • Translate leadership ideas and positioning into clear, accessible content

      • Maintain a consistent, confident brand voice

      Website & Platform Ownership

      • Own day-to-day updates to AEQ’s WordPress website, including:

        • Page design and layout updates

        • Blog publishing

        • Landing pages for events and campaigns

      • Ensure the site remains current, clean, and aligned with business priorities

      Conferences & Events Support

      • Support marketing execution for conferences and events, including:

        • Pre-event promotion and materials

        • On-site or remote marketing support as needed

        • Post-event follow-up content and campaigns

      • Work closely with leadership and BD to align marketing with event goals

      Marketing Operations & Automation

      • Support HubSpot marketing activities, including:

        • Contact lists and segmentation

        • Campaign setup and follow-ups

        • Light automation and reporting

      • Help maintain a simple, effective marketing rhythm

      Who You Are

You are a design-forward marketer who is comfortable owning execution across multiple disciplines.

      You bring:

      • Strong design capability and taste

      • Solid digital marketing fundamentals

      • Comfort working independently with minimal oversight

      • Practical judgment and follow-through

      • Interest in building, not just producing

      You are comfortable:

      • Working without a large team

      • Switching between design, content, and operations

      • Supporting leadership and business goals directly

      • Taking responsibility for things being “done right”

      Experience & Skills

      • 5–8+ years of experience in digital design, marketing, content, or growth roles

      • Proven experience supporting in-house marketing for Canadian technology companies and professional services firms

      • Hands-on experience with:

        • Design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

        • WordPress (design and content updates)

        • LinkedIn content for B2B audiences

        • Copywriting for blogs and marketing content

      • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation and campaigns

      Strong Assets (Highly Valued)

      • Exposure to financial services, especially credit unions

      • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives

      • Exposure to XR, immersive, or emerging technologies

      • Comfort supporting conferences and field marketing

      • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and pipelines

      Location & Engagement Details

      • Based in the Greater Vancouver area (required)

      • Remote-first, with occasional in-person collaboration

      • Part-time, contract role

      • Flexible hours aligned with marketing priorities
