  Summary
  
  We’re seeking a UI/UX Front-End Designer to translate designs into thoughtful experiences centered around our customers. Our ideal candidate should have strong design, attention to detail and communication skills. This candidate will work alongside our web team to determine the needs of the business. They will lead brainstorming sessions, generate mock-ups in Figma and create prototypes to optimize our websites. We’re looking for someone who is quick on their feet and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
  
  Job Description
  Create content webpages, such as articles and success stories using templated/modular web structures
  Create engaging motion graphics and visual elements to enhance the user experience on web pages.
  Build customized designs and experiences through Figma for the website based on heavy research of competitors, using best practices for UI/UX including, mobile and responsive site design
  Assist in maintaining a component library within Figma.
  Successfully coordinate projects across functional teams with strong project management skills.
  Ability to size and source images for the website that’s on brand.
  Test all webpages for accessibility and make recommendations on things to change as needed.
  Maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and technology and be proactive in bringing up ideas of enhancements to the websites.
  Collaborate with the development team to complete projects and fully immerse themselves in their front-end processes.
  Thoroughly read all content in order to provide design solutions in support of overall projects and goals; have a firm understanding of the brand style and provide design that reflects it.
  Document all newly created functionality, animation and components within a component guide.
  
  Qualilfications:
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Figma
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Web experience
  Nice to have
  • Illustrator or Illustration skills
