- Art Direction, Graphic Design, and Animation: Create visually engaging digital ads and campaign assets (static, animated, and video) for on- and off-platform performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.

- Solid understanding of B2B marketing, direct response/performance marketing, and advertising tools
- Design and Production: Create visually engaging digital ads and campaign assets (static, animated, and video) for on- and off-platform performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Data-Informed Creativity: Leverage campaign performance data, A/B test results, and industry trends to inform design decisions and optimize creative for maximum impact.
- AI & GenAI Integration: Utilize AI and generative AI tools for ideation, asset creation, and production efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, external agencies, and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics) to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative output.
- Presentation: Present design concepts and campaign assets to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand standards, including typography, color palette, imagery, and messaging.
- Asset Development: Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design trends, applying relevant insights to your work.
- Figma
- GenAI tools, e.g., Google Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image), Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder)
- Motion graphics and video editing tools
- 3-5 years of experience as a Designer in digital advertising, performance marketing, or a related creative/design role
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising Art Direction, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography
- Demonstrated experience with AI and generative AI tools for creative ideation and production
- Portfolio showcasing innovative, results-driven digital campaigns and mastery of design principles for digital ads
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing, direct response/performance marketing, and advertising tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
