What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
- Set up laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install software, updates, and security patches
- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of desktop or IT support experience
- Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune
- Basic networking knowledge (Cisco a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in IT required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Comfort supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure
