      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to staff for computer systems, software, and hardware both in-person and remotely
      - Manage and resolve support tickets in a helpdesk queue, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
      - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems and related hardware
      - Support mobile devices and applications on Android and iOS platforms, including mobile device management tasks
      - Collaborate with senior technicians and leadership to identify and suggest improvements to systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate helpdesk role
      - Foundational knowledge of Windows Operating System Fundamentals or equivalent experience
      - Experience troubleshooting Microsoft, Windows, Apple, and iOS systems
      - Familiarity with Android/iOS mobile application management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+
      - Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro for device configuration and mobile device management
      - Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnets, routing, OSI model)
      - Experience with Azure Cloud environments and diagnosing hardware issues on various devices
