      • Lovelace Health System includes six hospitals, 51 health care clinics and seven outpatient therapy clinics, with 619 inpatient beds and employs a team of more than 3,400, including more than 263 health care providers.

      Responsibilities

      A Desktop Services Technician II provides support and quality service to X staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices


      Qualifications

      Job Requirements :

      • 5+ years of progressive experience in a desktop support role
      • Familiar with MS applications
      • Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives

      Preferred Job Requirements:

      • Experience in a Healthcare environment a plus
      • Experience with Microsoft's SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus
      • Experience with VDI’s a plus
      • Certifications (A+, MCP) a plus
      • Basic support of application and database servers a plus
