      Responsibilities

      The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for supporting and maintaining organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals including installing, imaging, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment.


      Qualifications

      Job Requirements:

      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Minimum of 3+ years of experience within information technology
      • Excellent knowledge of PC, PC internal components, and desktop hardware
      • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
      • Hands-on hardware/ software troubleshooting experience with desktop equipment
      • Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documents and OEM guides

      Pay Rate Minimum: $24.37/Hr.

      Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
