      We’re looking for an Developer to design, enhance, and support enterprise systems that power core business operations and data-driven decision-making. This role supports ERP enhancements, system integrations, data platforms, and reporting solutions within our enterprise environment.

      This position is open to experienced developers at varying levels. Scope, responsibility, and compensation will align with experience and demonstrated expertise.

      What You’ll Do
      • Design, develop, test, and support custom applications and integrations within Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD)

      • Build and maintain system interfaces using APIs, EDI, and messaging frameworks

      • Support ERP enhancements and enterprise system improvements

      • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions

      • Support enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, cloud data lakes, and ETL processes

      • Perform data conversions and migrations from legacy or acquired systems

      • Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis

      • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

      • Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications

      • Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders

      • Assist with user training and knowledge transfer

      • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule

      What You Bring
      • Experience developing and supporting enterprise business applications

      • Experience with ERP systems and integration tools (Infor CSD, Infor OS/ION, or similar)

      • Proficiency in one or more programming platforms (Progress OpenEdge/4GL, JavaScript, Java, etc.)

      • Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations

      • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and data management concepts

      • Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, BIRST, or similar)

      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

      Education & Experience
      • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field

      • Entry-Level: 0–5+ years of relevant development experience
      • Senior-Level: 7+ years of enterprise application and ERP development experience

      (Level will be determined based on experience and skill set.)
