      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve complex technical cases related to the employer's API, SAML/SSO configuration, and third-party integrations
      - Own high-impact issues from start to finish, applying technical judgment and product knowledge
      - Act as a technical escalation point for teammates, offering insight on advanced issues and workflows
      - Contribute to team documentation, internal tooling, and support workflows
      - Identify and lead internal projects to improve tooling and streamline triage for the Developer Support Engineering team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in advanced technical support, developer support, or customer support engineering
      - Proficiency with REST APIs, JavaScript, OAuth/SAML/SSO, and debugging modern web workflows
      - Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while working independently
      - Commitment to contributing to process improvements and scalable support assets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in troubleshooting enterprise configurations and integrations
      - Familiarity with participating in developer and admin community engagement
      - Background in mentoring or guiding less experienced team members
      - Contributions to technical documentation or support asset development
      - Passion for enhancing customer experience and supporting enterprise admin workflows
