      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and implement new software solutions using technologies such as Informatica, PeopleSoft Application Designer, and Visual Studio
      - Collaborate with campus stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
      - Create and maintain clear, accurate technical and functional documentation
      - Test, troubleshoot, and support software applications to ensure strong functionality and quality
      - Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Knowledge of database systems and supporting technologies
      - Experience writing SQL and querying relational databases
      - Experience programming in .NET, Java, or comparable languages
      - Strong organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer and PeopleCode
      - Experience using ETL tools such as Informatica
      - Experience leading or contributing to IT projects
      - Demonstrated ability to gather and translate functional requirements
      - Experience developing clear and effective technical documentation
