      Bento Box is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Current and Development as well as the Creative Director. This is a great job for someone who loves comedy and is looking to get their foot in the door with animation/development.


      Primary responsibilities include helping track projects, script coverage, scheduling, rolling calls, and expenses.


      Industry administrative experience preferred.

      Duties & Responsibilities:
      • Efficiently manage an ever changing calendar
      • Prompt response to frequent phone and email correspondence
      • Manage communication and follow-up with internal team to insure projects are on schedule
      • Filter priorities to insure executives stay on track with the ability to pivot quickly
      • Script coverage and help reviewing submissions for project consideration
      • Manage expense reports
      • Maintain internal tracking grids
      • Roll calls and maintain phone sheet
      • Manage office needs and supplies
      • Coordinate travel


      Qualifications:
      • A minimum of 1 year desk experience at an agency, management company, production company, studio, or network preferred
      • Must have a degree from an accredited college or university
      • Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
      • Competence with the Google suite
      • A passion for comedy and awareness of the animation process is a plus
      • Knowledge of project tracking software and Adobe Suite is a plus

      $1,050 - $1,100 a week
