      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and evolve the DevOps and platform engineering function, including build and deployment pipelines, monitoring, and cost optimization
      - Design and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid product iterations
      - Improve system observability using tools like Datadog and GCP
      - Implement and maintain FinOps governance to drive cost accountability across engineering teams
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, security, and finance to align technical spending with business goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles, ideally in high-growth startup environments
      - Proficiency in Python or Go, with strong software engineering fundamentals
      - Proven ownership of production infrastructure and platform tooling, with strong debugging skills
      - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing secure and robust infrastructure
      - Deep experience with Kubernetes and tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with GCP or other major cloud providers, with a focus on cloud cost management
      - Hands-on experience with dedicated FinOps tooling or custom tooling for cost allocation and reporting
      - Experience building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling from the ground up
      - Experience with observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog
      - Experience with FedRAMP certification is a plus
