Summary: This role would need strong GitHub administration skills with 8-10 years of experience in managing GitHub in both on-prem and cloud. Should take care of GitHub Copilot, GitHub installations, LTS upgrades. This role should co-ordinate and support the migration of code from other VCS to GitHub. Key Responsibilities: · Administration of modern/distributed SCM systems such as Git & GitHub · Knowledge on Gen AI · Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps and Agile · Experience in Firmware tools is preferred · Take complete ownership of GitHub - Maintain & Manage LTS version updates and L3 tickets · Keep GitHub secure by applying security patches for vulnerabilities · Good knowledge on Build management tools like GitHub Actions · Good knowledge in Infrastructure automation management tools such as Docker, Kubernetes & Terraform · Troubleshoot and debug CI/CD pipelines, tools, and service issues · Knowledge of public cloud environments such as AWS & Azure · Experience in handling backup, DR, alerts & Replica issues · Knowledge on Static code analysis tools such as Coverity · Hands on experience in configuring the load balancer, SSO · Setting up CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as a code (IaC) concept principle · Working experience on Linux operating system · Experience with one or more scripting languages such as Python · Cyber Security focused with solid understanding and experience implementing security best practices and tools. · Strong problem-solving skills with a strong attitude and desire to learn and innovate. · Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the advanced technologies adoption for the cloud infrastructure and services. · Experience in implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins with SCM Interfaces · Experience in MySQL/Postgres/Oracle or any No-SQL database · Experience in open - source tools for logging, monitoring, search engine, caching, etc. · Experience in handling Secret scanning tools like Cycode and GitLeaks · Ability to monitor GitHub application and be proactive to keep high availability of the application · Manage GitHub Support team and lead them by example · Quick to react to any Application critical issues and bring the services up with in stipulated SLA · Collaborate with GitHub team to manage the application efficiently · Support Migration activities to GitHub
