What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a CI/CD team, managing cost, schedule, and performance for associated projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DNA Nucleus, representing it in meetings with stakeholders
- Oversee maintenance of the CI/CD environment and onboarding customers into GitLab
- Communicate CI/CD upgrades and new features to customers through various methods
- Research and implement improvements for CI/CD offerings, including transitioning capabilities to the Cloud
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10 years of leadership and project management experience, overseeing multiple projects
- Previous experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer supporting CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Ultimate, DORA metrics, and Prisma Cloud
- Familiarity with DoD environments and DISA Application Security & Development guidelines
- Proficient communication and documentation skills for technical guidance and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OpenShift, Nexus, and Amazon ECS
- Understanding of Cyber Security guidelines and how to resolve code vulnerabilities
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification
