      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights for strategy improvements
      - Identify new opportunities for campaign launches and existing campaigns to scale
      - Execute hands-on management of paid social accounts, optimizing campaigns and ad sets
      - Collaborate with the creative team by summarizing performance data to inform new creative tests
      - Develop and test new buying and optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) paid social media marketing
      - Proven track record managing $1M+ in monthly ad spend primarily on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
      - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics platforms
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment
      - Exceptional organizational skills with a systems-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with additional platforms such as Snap and Pinterest
      - Demonstrated ownership mentality and drive for excellence in performance marketing
      - Familiarity with video ads, branding, and image ads in the e-commerce context
