      Essential Functions:

      • Provides education and clinical customer support of the fastscan.io intraoral scanner.
      • Trains the doctor and their staff on the entire fastscan.io workflow, in accordance with SaaMD regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to:
      • Prepping and scanning chairside using best practices;
      • Functionality of the fastscan.io tools;
      • Develops customer relationship through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, workflow optimization, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up.
      • Performs in-practice as well as remote scanner trainings to support knowledge transfer process, clarify all inquiries, and develop medical education materials.
      • Follows up with customers after initial VCT is concluded to evaluate learning curve and if there are any needs of further follow ups and extra education material.
      • Reviews PowerPoint presentations, digital images, and scans for marketing, sales, and clinical education materials.
      • As a SME, assist the Learning and Development team in developing fastscan.io training materials and participates in the continuous improvement of overall customer facing training program.Trains newly hired Digital Adoption Specialists to deliver fastscan.io training to customers, reeducates staff as needed and keeps specialists informed of improvements and changes to the customer training program.
      • Collaborates with Technical Support, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Managers.
      • Investigates and troubleshoots any software/hardware related inquiries or issues and escalates to necessary parties as needed.
      • Documents information in the company database about each contact handled following defined parameters.
      • Ensures timely resolution to customer education needs whether in-bound or out-bound.
      • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

      Education and Experience :

      • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business or Information Systems or related field.
      • Minimum four (4) years’ experience as a professional in the dental industry.
      • Experience implementing dental technologies in office as a consultant preferred.
      • Electrical and mechanical experience preferred.
      Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00
