What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage workflows for all content processed internally
- Oversee the verification and mastering of deliverables as per retail operations priorities
- Create conformed mezzanine and playback assets as needed
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and communicate potential delays to the Production Supervisor
- Manage source asset archival workflow and create special assets as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, audio, video, or interactive consumer entertainment products, preferably with OTT content platforms
- Proficiency in Media Asset Management (MAM) tools and workflows
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard formats and codecs for digital media
- Understanding of web-based closed captioning/subtitle formats and file transfer tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in tasks and projects

- Bachelor's degree in a media-related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative environment
- Experience with media asset management systems and workflow tools
