What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert business strategy into product design and functionality, ensuring alignment between technical and business units
- Facilitate discovery of core problems and document user process flows and user stories
- Analyze business and user needs to identify potential opportunities and risks during product design
- Manage current and backlogged user stories in collaboration with technical and business product team members
- Write product communications and training materials for end users, including knowledge base articles and release notes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or related field
- Experience working with diverse communities of end users and business stakeholders
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, and design tools
- Ability to coordinate tasks and deadlines across concurrent projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong digital product management skills, including mobile and web-based applications
- Experience in human-centered design, including usability tests and research
- Familiarity with Salesforce products
- Experience working with military or veteran audiences
- Experience working with volunteers or experience as a volunteer
