      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing and managing content across platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media
      - Translate complex health topics into clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts and community partners to create culturally competent materials
      - Support communication planning and outreach for the Maternal Health Task Force and partner organizations
      - Produce monthly newsletters and track engagement metrics while preparing quarterly performance reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 2-5 years of experience in public health, nonprofit, or government communications
      - Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
      - Experience with email marketing tools and reporting platform metrics
      - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with samples required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of digital accessibility standards in compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508
      - Experience in campaign development and community education projects
      - Understanding of cultural competency and sensitivity in health communications
