Job Description

- Support global brand teams in developing content strategies to fuel the consumer journey.
- Establish model and define processes for global content creation, localization and tracking, working with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage a virtual team composed of an internal project assistant, internal off-shore teams and agencies focused on content development and localization.
- Play a hands-on role in the development process for eCommerce and CRM content, co-creating briefs and overseeing end-to-end content production process.
- Own the content management ecosystem (DAM and workflow), working with a team of content librarians to ensure optimal use.
- Analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on content trends and best practices, drive use of new technologies (e.g. generative AI) where appropriate, and share insights and best practices with internal teams.
- Proficient in developing content strategies for brands and campaigns.
- Skilled in digital content development, collaborating with brands, agencies, artists, copywriters, and developers.
- Strong experience in creating eCommerce content.
- Knowledge of CRM email content development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with content development technologies and their impact on content execution.
- Comprehensive understanding of the current digital ecosystem and major platforms.
- Expertise in effective brand communications.
- Experienced in project management and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
