What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop internal tools and scripts to simulate user queries, test bot performance, and validate response accuracy
- Collaborate with various teams on application design and decision-making for customer service enhancements
- Analyze data from bot conversations to identify trends and insights for improving chatbot performance
- Train, test, and maintain AI models to ensure quality and performance of customer interactions
- Implement a feedback loop for continuous improvement of conversational applications and customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in a Contact Center or customer-experience focused team
- Recent experience in automation and machine learning applications, particularly with chatbots
- Proficiency in handling various datasets, including text, images, and clickstreams
- Strong knowledge of program/project management principles
- Experience with JIRA is preferred

- Bachelor's Degree is not required but is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and trends
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and effective communication
- Strong judgment in decision-making and ability to influence strategic decisions based on data analysis
