      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop full-funnel retention campaigns to enhance member engagement and reduce churn
      - Test messaging, offers, and campaign structures to achieve profitable conversion rates
      - Identify drop-off points in the member journey and create targeted campaigns to address them
      - Contribute to strategies for onboarding, loyalty, upselling, and winback journeys
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive member communications and product positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 7 years of direct response marketing experience with proven funnel development and campaign execution
      - Strong copywriting skills with a track record of generating significant sales
      - Proficiency in Google Suite, project management software, and Email/SMS delivery platforms
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a B2C membership organization
      - Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, email automation, and behavioral triggers
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of accountability for results
      - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
