What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design paid social graphics for platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Edit short-form video clips and repurpose existing footage for social ad use
- Collaborate with the Paid Ads team to interpret briefs and optimize ad performance
- Conduct creative research and monitor trends using various tools
- Organize and manage creative templates and branded asset libraries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media design, digital advertising, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio of paid social work; portfolio link required for application
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects is a plus)
- Basic video editing skills, including looping, text overlays, and resizing
- Strong understanding of performance-focused design with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating legal ads or working within regulated industries
- Familiarity with UGC-style video layouts and native ad aesthetics on TikTok
- Knowledge of platform-specific ad specs, CTAs, and formatting
