What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an internal Bridge Digital Delivery Strategy, including technology adoption and training mechanisms
- Create a bridge data management strategy for the employer
- Formulate Quality Control and Assurance and Risk Management Plans related to 3D models
- Present at industry events and publish articles to advance the employer's brand
- Collaborate with various business groups to implement Bridge Digital Delivery effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive experience with bridge technology in modeling, data management, and digital delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- High level proficiency in CADD/BIM and related design software
- In-depth knowledge of bridge 3D geometric and analytic modeling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineering License
- Experience with bridge stress/strain analysis software
