- Leading the development of a subset of digital technologies and deliver them into our wider digital architecture.
- Working with our internal customers to identify and prioritize key areas for the application of digital technologies within the product introduction process.
- Leading the development and support of codes and applications to allow the efficient deployment of digital technologies into our business value streams.
- Representing your work with the internal and external customers and user base.
- A Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/development, mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering.
- Significant experience with modern software development methods, coding languages and Data Science methods.
- Good understanding of Systems Engineering principles and the product introduction process.
- Presentations skills and familiarity with standard Office Tools.

Job Title: Digital Design Lead
Working Pattern: Full-time
Working location: Derby/Bristol
You will be part of a newly formed and growing Digital team working on the digitization of the product introduction process. We are a cross functional team offering interesting and varied challenges in application development, software architecting and design, AI/ML applications, Model Based Systems Engineering and Statistical Analysis. Our agile development environment offers a tight integration with the end users and ensures a swift value delivery of our teams work into the business value streams.
