End-to-End ControlUp Ecosystem Governance: Orchestrate the full-stack administration of Real-Time DX and Insights across hybrid fleets, including the lifecycle management of Monitors, Data Collectors, and complex AD/GPO integrations.
Proactive Automation & Self-Healing: Architect and deploy advanced PowerShell-based Automated Actions to execute real-time remediations, mitigating technical debt and eliminating recurring performance bottlenecks before they impact the end-user.
Full-Spectrum Infrastructure Tuning: Optimize digital experience (DEX) across high-concurrency Citrix, VMware Horizon, and AVD environments, focusing on the surgical reduction of logon duration, protocol latency, and resource contention.
Data-Driven Remediation Strategy: Synthesize granular telemetry from ControlUp Edge DX and physical endpoint agents (Windows/macOS) into high-fidelity actionable intelligence to maintain rigorous hardware performance baselines.
ITSM & Workflow Orchestration: Engineering seamless integration between ControlUp trigger methodologies and external platforms like ServiceNow to automate incident lifecycle management and closed-loop ticketing.
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Edge DX Specialization: Proven experience managing massive scale, distributed physical endpoint fleets using Edge DX for remote-first workforces.
Advanced Scripting Frameworks: Familiarity with REST API integrations and JSON parsing to extend ControlUp’s native capabilities into broader cloud-native monitoring stacks.
Performance Benchmarking: Deep-seated knowledge of Windows OS internals and "Golden Image" optimization techniques to minimize the baseline footprint of VDI workloads.
