What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and update the Center’s website, ensuring brand alignment and accessibility while tracking analytics
- Plan and execute digital promotion for events, develop marketing materials, and capture content for storytelling
- Lead public engagement initiatives and sustain partnerships, representing the Center in various spaces
- Collaborate on integrated outreach and media strategies, supporting grant-related outreach and reporting
- Oversee the Center’s artist-in-residence program and manage special projects and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in digital communications, outreach, or engagement within higher education, nonprofit, or cultural institutions
- Proven excellence in writing, editing, and visual communication for diverse audiences
- Experience maintaining websites and using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools for digital media design
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Communications, Higher Education, Public Affairs, Fine Arts, Creative Writing, or related field
- Experience with digital storytelling, photography, and video production
- Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and sound professional judgment
