What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, and reporting for recurring webinars
- Plan and execute large-scale annual digital events and smaller roundtables or advisory boards
- Coordinate with partners to expand reach and generate co-branded content
- Develop and manage an online community, driving ongoing engagement and discussion
- Track event performance metrics, report ROI, and ensure alignment with demand generation and sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or event management
- Proven success in running webinars and larger-scale virtual events
- Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline attribution, and event ROI measurement
- Experience with community-building and online engagement platforms
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
