- Collaborative Platform Management: Maintain and facilitate effective communication and collaboration through the company's digital platforms (e.g., intranet, internal social media, project management tools). This includes content updates, user support, and ensuring the platforms are user-friendly and efficient.
- Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement across the organization through digital channels. This includes creating compelling content, fostering online discussions, and identifying opportunities to enhance employee interaction and participation.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of digital aspects of marketing campaigns. This may involve content creation for online channels, social media promotion, email marketing support, and tracking campaign performance.
- Social Media Management: Manage all company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, monitoring performance, and ensuring brand consistency. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Event Management Support: Provide digital support for company events, including creating online event pages, managing online registration, promoting events through digital channels, and potentially providing live social media coverage.
- Knowledge Article Development: Contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base by creating clear, concise, and informative knowledge articles on relevant topics for internal or external use.
- Training Material Production: Support the company academy by producing engaging and effective training materials in various digital formats (e.g., presentations, videos, e-learning modules).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing, communications, or internal engagement role.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for organizations.
- Experience in developing digital content for various channels (e.g., social media, websites, internal platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, content management systems, learning management systems).
- Experience with graphic design or video editing.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting for digital channels.
