      As a Digital Growth Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment and leverage your prior experience to bring new and exciting campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and manage the creative workflow and delivery for critical acquisition & retention moments across DraftKings' products.       What you’ll do as a Digital Growth Marketing Senior Associate

      • Develop digital media buying strategies across digital channels for our products.

      • Launch & optimize new user acquisition campaigns across digital channels to meet larger team goals, KPIs, and results.

      • Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.

      • Conceptualize new and innovative ads, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product.

      • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition or drive user retention.

      • Analyze campaign performance for cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with our Marketing Analytics team for insights & next steps.

      • Lead day-to-day communication with external agency and ad partners

      What you’ll bring

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience with digital marketing.

      • Knowledge in digital media optimization, including A/B testing, conducting analysis on ad buys, and understanding of bidding algorithms or manual bidding approaches.

      • Solid understanding of ad inventory, ad platforms, and best practices when actively buying media.

      • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

      • A passion for sports and gaming is a plus.

      • Willingness to work unconventional hours around sports calendar and tentpole moments

      We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.       The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
