C reat e and manag e the digital health project plan which need s to be configured for study protocol s and aligned with its timelines.
Work closely with study teams to ensure they are satisfied with the digital health technology or remote service solution and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
Proactively identifies, addresses, and escalates study issues or risks
Document study-specific digital health specifications which are aligned with the study team (Clinical Operations Asset Lead, Study Delivery Lead, Local Delivery Lead, etc.)
Drive the digital health technology design process to ensur e that the study protocols are appropriately mapped to digital/remote solutions efficiently, accurately and within project scope
Collaborate with the Digital & Process Optimization team in DAP to scope additional tech, services, and/or existing software configurations as required
Develop supporting documentation to streamline software design and study configuration
Provide digital health technical feasibility assessments and scoping for study needs
Educate study team on the capabilities of the digital health technology, service, product, and/or application.
Relevant education degree from Scientific Discipline (Biomedical or Computer)
Min. 4 years of clinical trials experience in Pharma, CRO and/or ARO
Knowledge of the principles of quality, safety, risk management and compliance (ICH and GCP)
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Good communication skills, verbal and written, ability to effectively communicate and maintain strong working relationships in global teams at all levels of the organization.
Result-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, problem solver.
Demonstrated project management ability to plan, organize and manage activities to deliver specific study goals and objectives to measurable targets.
Experience in Digital Health Technolog ies that include eConsent , Telemedicine, eCOA , eSource, and other systems used commonly across GCO (EDC, IRT, etc.)
Experience working with key global preferred suppliers/ partnerships, to ensure deliverables are to the agreed standard.

In-depth knowledge of software, technology, and supporting processes to be able to guide trial teams to the best use of a digital health technology, remote service, and/or innovative trial design to meet the protocol needs/specifications.

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Digital Health Delivery Lead who will be part of Data our constantly growing GSK R&D Polish Hub. This role is focused on creating and managing the digital health project plan which needs to be configured for study protocols and aligned with its timelines .
Role location: Warsaw HUB office, where GSK can offer you the best flexible hybrid model of work – both home and office based.
