      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in client workshops to assess laboratory workflows and identify user needs
      - Analyze data flows and processes to design automated laboratory workflows
      - Assist in configuring and testing robotics and software integrations
      - Develop deliverables such as process maps and training materials for senior consultants
      - Conduct user-acceptance testing and collaborate with developers for issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Life or Physical Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline by start date
      - Academic or internship experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, C# or SQL)
      - Demonstrated interest in laboratory automation or digital transformation through relevant coursework or projects
      - Willingness to travel to client sites up to 75-100% when required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience in an academic or industry lab with automated systems or digital workflows
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and RESTful APIs
      - Knowledge of GxP regulations and laboratory quality systems
      - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
