- Create and structure a high delivering and successful global organization to deliver goals of HR & IT
- Successful execution of HR Digital strategy
- Attract Talent to embark on digital journey, delivery services and projects
- Manage and deliver on going portfolio & Implement Cloud solutions, Data analytics and planning to regions
- Establish appropriate governance on ongoing Programs and Services
- Detail Budget planning, portfolio tracking, cost saving ideas, demand management
- Partnering with Services providers
- Total compliance on IT, data protection & Vendor service delivery
- Manager & develop a high performing team of approx. 7-10 people (internal & external people)
- Coach, develop and guide internal talents
- Digital enthusiast, Profound professional experience with HR relevant Software
- University degree, preferably in the business or information technology disciplines
- Experienced in leading a team
- Proven track record in HR Digital transformation field with end to end delivery of large programs
- Having played active and significant part in large scale HR cloud platform rollout like SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Aconso or other cloud platforms.
- Experienced in Integration of various systems
- Experience and or certified in a few Project Delivery frameworks e.g. Agile & waterfall.
- Deep understanding of Data Analytics & dash boards, proven ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong Senior Stakeholder Management with respect to Budgeting, Planning, Controlling and Storytelling
- Excellent communication skills & Fluent English

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
