      The Digital Marketing Manager at ERM is a key piece of the larger digital products re venue growth team, w hich is responsibl e for growing the business through paid and organic channels. You will focus on our paid channels, with a key f ocus on Paid Socia l, and be responsibl e for growing the channel to hit our wider growth goals. You will use your data-driven understanding of performance and work cross-functionally throughout the organizatio n to test, innov ate, and ultimately drive results. You will be accountable for both channel strategy and execution, developing an in-depth understanding of growth, while growing overall revenue and driving learnings for ERM.       Areas of responsibility:

      • Manage acquisition marketing channels from end to end (strategy, planning, execution, analysis and optimization). Channels include Linkedin , Fa c ebook and Google, with potential expansion as other channels gain traction.

      • Identify target audience segments and select appropriate channels to reach and engage with them effectively, leveraging data-driven insights and market research.

      • Regularl y analyze performance data to optimize channels and uncover new insights.

      • Spearhead innovation and own the testing roadmap across media, creative, and landing page for key channels. Rigorously prioritize tests and communicate the roadmap to the wider digital product team .

      • Collaborate with C orporate marketing, Sales, and Product teams to implement tests. Leverage learnings to refine future strategy.

      • Create and deliver presentations of test results and strategies to internal stakeholders.

      Qualifications:

      • Has 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience on Linkedin . Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics.

      • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Eager to use data to solve problems. Microsoft Excel expertise .

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      • Bias towards action . Experien ce translating abstract ideas, inspiration, or insights into concrete tests that drive tangible results or learnings.

      • Independent drive to succeed and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Is eager to learn, has strong multitasking skills and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

      Bonuses:

      Salary range - $80 - 110,000 depending on experience
