- Own vendor relationships for listings and survey platforms, ensuring clinic information is accurate and positioned for maximum visibility. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance presence, manage internal workflows to communicate reviews, insights, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) with internal stakeholders.
- Manage and evolve the company's website strategy in partnership with web agency — driving SEO improvements, local page optimization, user experience enhancements, and high-converting landing pages.
- Drive strategies to boost website SEO performance and Google Business Profile (map pack) rankings, increasing traffic, leads, and local engagement.
- Partner with the web development agency to create high-converting, user-centric website and campaign pages, aligning digital experiences with marketing goals.
- Implement and analyze website analytics to uncover actionable insights, optimize user journeys, and fuel data-driven marketing decisions that accelerate growth.
- Execute basic website updates (e.g., meta tags, headings, internal links) directly in CMS platforms to support SEO initiatives.
- Improve campaign performance in partnership with internal teams and external digital agency — optimizing spend, refining keyword groups, and dialing in audience targeting to maximize impact and ROI.
- Actively manage and optimize digital campaigns (paid and organic) — refining targeting, keywords, and creative strategies to increase new patient volume and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on digital trends and emerging platforms, introducing fresh ideas and driving marketing strategies that accelerate traffic growth, boost conversions, and increase new patient volume.
- Leverage analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across key channels.
- Own Google Looker Studio marketing dashboard consolidating data from organic and paid traffic, conversions, clinic and region scorecards, and online reviews.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive ongoing optimization and marketing strategy evolution.
- Deliver monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Clinic listings consistently rank in the top 3 of local search results.
- Website conversion rates improve quarter-over-quarter.
- Paid media deliver cost-per-lead metrics within or under target benchmarks.
- Monthly marketing dashboards deliver clear, actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics (GA4).
- Listings management experience using tools such as Yext, Soci, Reputation, etc.
- Experience with SEO performance and keyword tracking tools (SEMrush, Brightedge, etc.)
- Highly adaptable and stays current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Agency experience or agency management experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Local SEO experience with a multi-location organization.
- Basic web development and CMS experience preferred (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS), with an ability to implement SEO optimizations, manage page updates, and collaborate effectively with developers

ABOUT THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Upperline Health is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead key initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth across our digital channels. This role will own the accuracy and performance of clinic listings, oversee website updates and optimizations, and track the effectiveness of our paid and organic digital campaigns. You’ll manage critical partnerships with listing and reputation vendors and web development teams, while working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to bring digital strategies to life.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings hands-on experience in digital advertising, web management, and marketing analytics, and understands the dynamics of a multi-site organization.
