What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content platforms
- Manage paid media accounts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or HubSpot
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content; track engagement and performance
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to align campaign messaging and user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social platforms
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ACTIVE Campaign)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and A/B testing platforms like Optimize or VWO
- Knowledge of video marketing or podcast promotion strategies
