What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for nonprofit and social good organizations
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Twitter
- Create and implement email marketing strategies and content marketing plans
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and provide insightful reporting
- Innovate and identify unique ways for nonprofits to utilize social platforms effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience in nonprofit and digital marketing industries
- Experience in social media community management and paid social media ad management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of innovative thinking in digital marketing strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous agency experience in a digital marketing role
- Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO, and Ad Grant management
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning in the digital marketing landscape
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for making a difference
- Experience with content marketing strategy and execution
