What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows and reporting tools to support marketing strategies
- Utilize Google Analytics for detailed reporting and data trend analysis to enhance campaign performance
- Launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
- Manage website updates using Webflow, ensuring SEO optimization and alignment with marketing goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive digital strategies that meet brand standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years as a digital marketing associate or relevant experience, preferably in a marketing agency or financial services setting
- Extensive experience with HubSpot, including complex workflows, automation, and custom reporting
- Proficient in Google Analytics with strong data analysis and report creation skills
- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, SEM, and paid social media
- Strong organization, time management skills, and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Webflow or other CMS platforms
- Strategic problem-solving skills with a passion for digital marketing tools
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with a creative approach to challenges
