      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Collect and analyze data across marketing channels to recommend strategic changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
      - Expertise in using CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Quickmail)
      - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and ability to interpret data for actionable insights
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
      - Commitment to vegan values and willingness to promote gradual dietary change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
      - Strong grasp of English grammar and punctuation with emotional intelligence in communication
