      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
      - Analyze and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads to meet key metrics and ROI goals
      - Manage and update website content to improve user experience and conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      - 4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing
      - Expertise in advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
      - Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI
      - Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities for cross-functional teamwork

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite
      - Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools including Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Knowledge of SEO & SEM tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush
      - Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager
      - Basic understanding of design and creative tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
