      Position Overview

      GPS Group Peer Support is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to lead MASStrong's digital outreach, social media engagement, content creation, and online communications strategy. This role will ensure that MASStrong's message reaches a broad audience, engaging healthcare workers, stakeholders, and partners through strategic marketing efforts, email campaigns, and digital content.

      The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic communicator, skilled in social media management, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing. They will play a key role in expanding MASStrong's online presence, driving engagement, and amplifying the impact of the program.

      This role calls for a communicator who is fueled by a passion for mental health equity, peer support, and the belief that collective care can transform lives and systems.
      Key Responsibilities
      Social Media & Digital Engagement
      1. Develop and manage content for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to amplify MASStrong's outreach.
      2. Write, schedule, and monitor social media posts to maximize engagement and visibility.
      3. Track social media analytics, measure performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.
      4. Engage with followers, stakeholders, and community partners to expand MASStrong's reach.
      5. Edit and produce short-form videos for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with MASStrong's mission.
      Content Creation & Communications
      1. Write and design outreach materials, including flyers, posters, email campaigns, and digital content to promote MASStrong programs.
      2. Develop compelling descriptions for trainings, workshops, and webinars to maximize participant engagement.
      3. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
      4. Create marketing copy for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
      Video Editing & Multimedia Content
      1. Record, edit, and produce video content for use on social media, newsletters, and website.
      2. Use video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut) to create engaging content.
      3. Develop video scripts, captions, and subtitles to ensure accessibility and clarity.
      Website & Community Management
      1. Oversee content updates on MASStrong's website to ensure accurate and engaging information.
      2. Manage and moderate BuddyBoss community pages, fostering engagement and ensuring a positive online experience.
      3. Support webinar and virtual event promotion, coordinating messaging across digital platforms.
      Branding & Marketing Strategy
      1. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all materials and digital platforms.
      2. Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement through digital channels.
      3. Develop monthly digital marketing reports, tracking campaign effectiveness and outreach performance.
      Qualifications & Experience
      Required Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
      • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in marketing copy, outreach materials, and digital engagement.
      • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for flyer and poster creation.
      • Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
      • Video editing expertise using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or iMovie.
      Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy outreach.
      • Familiarity with Hubspot.
      • Experience with website management and online community engagement.
      • Advanced video editing skills and motion graphics experience is a plus.
      • Spanish fluency is a plus.
      Compensation & Benefits

      This is a full-time (40 hours/week) W-2 employee position. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes:
      • Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience).
