      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, design, and launch personalized digital campaigns across multiple digital channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI
      - Develop and execute a digital marketing roadmap aligned with organizational goals
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student recruitment and engagement strategies
      - Conduct market research to understand target audiences and adjust campaigns based on performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in creating journeys and cross-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
      - 2-4 years of experience managing and segmenting data lists and understanding Salesforce Data Cloud
      - 2-4 years of experience with HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPScript
      - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist with hands-on experience in relevant platforms
      - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
      - Knowledge of SEO, Google AI, and answer/search strategies
      - Experience in content planning, strategy, and creating digital roadmaps
      - Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders
      - Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or international education settings
