What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the execution of paid search (PPC, SEM) and paid social media campaigns in collaboration with agency partners
- Support digital marketing managers in campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis
- Liaise with the ad agency for campaign tasks including creative management, budget oversight, and keyword optimization
- Collaborate with growth and product marketing teams to enhance audience targeting and drive event registrations
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support go-to-market efforts and quarterly business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a digital marketing professional, specifically in managing enterprise-level paid media campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads Editor platforms for building and optimizing campaigns
- Familiarity with audience targeting and remarketing strategies, particularly on LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6Sense, Zoominfo, and Zapier is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with start-ups or high-growth/private equity-backed software companies
- Demonstrated capability in delivering sophisticated search media plans and strategies
- Knowledge of SEO and social media co-optimization strategies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio
