What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage online community interactions across platforms like Yelp, Google Reviews, and social media, ensuring timely responses to customer feedback
- Oversee and grow Jacuzzi Bath Remodel’s social media presence, including content creation and engagement strategies
- Maintain and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics
- Conduct regular audits of web properties to ensure brand consistency and compliance, supporting SEO efforts
- Organize and lead the annual philanthropic event, Baths for the Brave, coordinating a team for successful execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, creative writing, or journalism
- 2-5 years of experience managing social media for a brand
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google/Microsoft Ads, Salesforce, and Canva
- Ability to work independently with excellent project and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience utilizing GatherUp for review management
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple business stakeholders
- Experience in A/B testing for conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising strategies
