What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Oversee data feed management to ensure accurate and optimized product listings
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improving return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop high-performing ad assets tailored to target audiences
- Report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
- 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in eCommerce
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms
- Direct experience executing and optimizing Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or other eCommerce marketing tools
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and A/B testing
