      Schedule:

      Creates weekly content consistent with brand guidelines across multiple social media platforms; setting and tapping into trends to inspire and increase engagement and effective message delivery. Attends weekly meetings with KCR team to discuss marketing plans, results, and opportunities to increase audience engagement. Must be available Wednesdays from 12-2PM to record KCR Rapid Fire with Leadership Symposium speakers.

      Qualifications:

      Enrolled at UW-Madison, has completed undergraduate coursework in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies or Textiles and Fashion Design and/or Certificates(s) or coursework in Digital Studies, Entrepreneurship, Public Relations, and Marketing.

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      Demonstrated writing and editing experience, with the ability to work with limited supervision on social platforms (including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), photo, video, graphic design skills, and familiar with Canva. Experience with Eloqua is a plus.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      - Creates weekly content consistent with brand guidelines across multiple social media platforms; setting and tapping into trends to inspire and increase engagement and effective message delivery
      - Updates website with relevant content
      - Creates invitations for students and partners for KCR led programming
      - Drafts ‘Semester in Review’ newsletter in partnership with Assistant Director
      - Conducts research and summarizes findings for student interests to support Center partnerships, speakers, events, and workshop content
      - Attends weekly meetings with KCR team to discuss marketing plans, results, and opportunities to increase audience engagement
      - Available Wednesdays from 12-2PM to record KCR Rapid Fire with Leadership Symposium speakers
