Job Purpose
To lead the digital merchandising operations, support digital commerce & Burberry Anywhere teams in ensuring an innovative & exciting consumer experience through a balance of Art & Commerce. Manage assortment and content delivery in line with Brand vision & ones which contribute to the financial success of the Business.
Responsibilities
Manage content delivery for.com and 3rd party accounts across all categories
- Build & maintain Digital Range Plan on Flo tool for both .com & 3rd party accounts (Farfetch, Tmall, SSG, Google PLA, Nordstrom, etc.)
- Ensure digital congruency across regions; maintain updates on the Flo tool
- Partner with Burberry Anywhere team to develop and execute content delivery strategies
- Lead sessions re the improvements within the systems (PIM, DAM, FLO, Hybris, ATG, SAP, etc.) to speed up content delivery process
- Partner with Digital samples, copy, studio, AD, styling and retouching teams to manage constant flow of correct content
- Lead and coordinate imagery and product content related projects under tight deadlines
- Manage stock & delivery date queries
- Project management of launches across categories – Runway, Capsule, B Series etc., partnering with Customers Ops, Supply Chain & VM
- Work very closely with Digital merchandisers to be aligned across priority styles including key drivers, ad campaign, marketing initiatives, etc.
- Drive commerce by ensuring as much product is correct and available to go live
- Develop & grow current teamOperational maintenance
- Responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience through accuracy and consistency
- Leverage systems to identify the areas of opportunity to improve ways of working
- Track expected delivery of content and stock very closely
- Support Digital Merchandising operations assistant in daily Flo/ Range plan content and stock updates and its maintenance
- Partner with AD, VM team to manage re-shoots, styling callouts, scaling templates, styling and shoot guidelines, etc.
- Support Digital Merchandiser during brand buy session, partner with regions, planning and product teams to ensure good understanding of the collection and key product strategies
- Create a team that works effectively and efficiently to provide consistent support to the digital merchandising teamSite Content Checking and Merchandising
- Responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience through accuracy and consistency through daily site checks
- Ensure fast turnaround of key styles, track errors found and follow up on new corrected content for product to be put live to maximise sell- through
- Analyse site trading to understand customers’ needs across different markets and maximise sell-throughPersonal Profile
