- Identify and implement strategies and campaigns to measurably capture leads and conversions using Google Marketing Platforms (Ads, Analytics, Keyword Planner, Business) and other relevant tools (SEMRush). Identifies additional products and services to enhance SEO/SEM/PPC.
- Implements brand-compliant and SEO-optimized websites, landing pages, and develops and utilizes tools for web optimization.
- Builds human-centered specifications using UI/UX principles, wireframes, templates, and other front end development tools
- Build data visualizations for reporting and prepare analysis and insights for ongoing team review and recommendations.
- Utilize WordPress, GoDaddy, and WebFlow for making regular web updates; write and maintain HTML and JavaScript code for website and webforms. Design architecture for scale and ease of administration.
- Identifies and implements digital automations to support overall business objectives including site automations, marketing project management automations, and other digital automations as necessary; And provides recommendations on workflow development pertaining to available tools.
- Troubleshoot error reports from teammates for improving or correcting the site. Make ongoing administrative updates including location, personnel, and informational updates, as needed.
- Provides marketing and organizational support pertaining to digital tools, troubleshooting, and other opportunities for improvement.
- Guides and assists with the development of digital optimization standard operating procedures and knowledge bases and/or intranets.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in website optimization, UI/UX, or a related digital role.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to create and implement long-term digital optimization strategies that align with each brand's objectives.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Analytical: Expert in analyzing trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Brand Management & Digital Marketing: Ability to build and manage brand identity and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Time Management & Adaptability: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment, where brands may pivot objectives based on business needs.

The Digital Optimization Specialist focuses on efforts to improve our brand's digital presence and advertising performance to measurably increase engagement and revenue growth. Working closely with the marketing team and other key teammates, the Digital Optimization Specialist ensures our business objectives are aligned with all digital marketing efforts, specifically pertaining to lead generation, conversion, budget spend, digital lifecycle, and to enhance our digital experience. This teammate is responsible for constantly evolving and improving our digital marketing ecosystem, and provides analysis, recommends strategies, and implement tools and campaigns to meet our business objectives. The Digital Optimization Specialist's versatility across 20% backend architecture and 80% frontend development - including UI/UX, data visualization tools and analysis, and SEO/SEM/PPC - is essential for success in this role.
