What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, launch, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI
- Perform in-depth keyword analysis and ongoing optimization of keywords, ads, bids, and campaign structure
- Manage and adjust daily campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align advertising efforts with overall client strategy
- Lead weekly strategy calls with clients, presenting results and recommending next steps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience running PPC and paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Advanced expertise in Facebook Advertising
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Google Ads and Bing Certifications
- Experience in keyword research, negative keyword development, and bid strategy
