- Support the Product Manager to ensure service meets performance requirements.
- Communicate service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality analysis of agency transaction data.
- Support digital platforms and real-time collection and presentation of data.
- Share examples of best practice in digital performance management across government.
- Identify delivery obstacles to improve transactional performance in agencies and work with teams to overcome them.
- Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
- Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Apply domain and expert technical knowledge.
- Direct and control activities for a client, with overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Engage in client negotiations and interface with senior management.
- Make decisions and apply domain knowledge that may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
- May supervise others.
- Participate in a DevOps-focused team.
- Perform system triage and troubleshooting as escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
- Engage in Application Performance Management.
- Provide Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) support.
- Perform infrastructure engineering for system/application improvements.
- Work with team features pulled from a dynamic product backlog and be responsible for operational support.
- Perform System Engineering specific to networks, datapowers, bluecoats, and fully resilient cloud-based solutions.

Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a Digital Platform Analyst SME to ensure the performance of digital services, communicate performance metrics to stakeholders, and provide expert analysis of transaction data. This role involves identifying and resolving delivery obstacles, providing technical leadership, and contributing to a DevOps-focused team engaged in system triage, application performance management, and infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in supporting digital platforms and troubleshooting complex technical issues, particularly in network and cloud-based environments..
Digital Performance Analyst Subject Matter Expert Job Duties:
Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret (S) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.
Experience Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 12-15 years of relevant experience (or a Master's with 10-13 years), demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively and independently to develop creative solutions within a small team. Candidates must be US citizens and hold a DOD Secret Clearance, with preferred experience in Linux and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SAFe, and GIT.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Desired Skills / Qualifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, TOGAF Certification,SAFe Architect certifications preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the performance of digital services by leveraging APM tools, conducting system triage, and supporting infrastructure improvements, particularly in network and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities to convey technical insights to diverse stakeholders, experience with DevOps principles and agile frameworks like SAFe, and a solid understanding of COTS/GOTS support and security best practices within government settings.
Location: Remote except in California, Colorado, New Jersey, and New York.
Status: Full time
Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
